Considering Team?

Time Commitment
Choosing the right amount of training is an important part of gymnastics. Too much can cause burnout and injury, and too little can lead to unpreparedness, injury, and safety concerns.

At younger ages and PreTeam levels, we limit the training to 6 hours per week and as the athletes mature and move up the levels we add additional hours and days.  Our average beginner competitive athletes train about 12 hours per week and our professional higher-level athletes train 5 days a week for 20 hours total.  Check with our office for the current hours commitment and schedules.
