By enrolling and visiting Gymnastics World facility you are agreeing to the following rules and policies.

There is an annual registration fee charged on the date of your initial enrollment each year.

Tuition rates at Gymnastics World are based on how many weeks each month has. Normal rates are based on 4 weeks. The additional 5th week will be added to your tuition when applicable. Therefore your tuition rate and the amount charged on your card may or may not vary from one month to the other.

Example:  If your class is on a Wednesday, you will be charged for 5 weeks in July (in the example bellow) and 4 weeks in August.

Initial Membership will be due and charged at the time of sign-ups. All subsequent automatic debits will be charged monthly by the due dates. The total cost of your membership is due before the first day of class. All members must have a credit card on file. If you wish to pay with other forms of payments prior to the due dates, you may do so and your card will not be charged. If you have not made any payments your card will be charged when we process our tuition. You will also be charged for any outstanding balance that you may have from previous months.
Your spot in a class is only reserved if enrolled and are in good standing financially with our gym.

You are assigned a specific day and time with your enrollment. If you miss the scheduled time for ANY REASON we do not offer a refund or reschedule that missed class. Just like with school.

Effective January 1, 2022 GW has discontinued and no longer offers makeup lessons due to missed classes. This courtesy has been abused throughout the years to such an extent that we will no longer extend this courtesy at our facilities. If you miss a scheduled class due to any reason you will forfeit that lesson. There will be no makeup, credits or discounts given. If however, your specific training day falls on a holiday where the gym must close, then you will get a makeup lesson to off set that lesson that was not taken. Thank you for your understanding and support.

By enrolling at Gymnastics World, you will be on an auto payment plan and will automatically be re-enrolled and charged every month. If you decide to cancel your membership, a 30 day written notice is required. If less than 30 days notice is given, a cancellation fee of half of the next month's tuition applies. Annual Registration Fees are not refundable. ALL refunds are processed within a week and given via a GW refund check regardless of your form of payment.

The fee for a declined credit card or ACH is $10. Please make sure you notify us before we run your card if your card has expired or can not accept any more charges, to avoid the decline fees. Additionally, you must sign a new Auto Debit Form.
Returned Check Fee is $35. You will not be allowed in the class until payment is made in full. You will not get any credit or make-ups for missed classes or be allowed to participate in any other GW sponsored activities, if you have a balance due.

In case of delinquency in your payment due to any reason, you will be charged a $35 late fee every month until paid in full. If your account is 90 days overdue and you have not made any arrangement to pay your account in full, you will be sent to our collection agency and will be held responsible for all costs associated with such collection attempts. In addition, you may be permanently banned from all activities sponsored by Gymnastics World.

ONLY enrolled students who have a scheduled class are allowed in the activity area. All siblings and parents must stay in the observation area. Please keep all children off of the railings and walls and SUPERVISE them at all times.

Please respect the safety of our students and staff if any of the participants are sick and could potentially infect other members. We reserve the right to excuse them from the class and require a doctor's note of clearance. If the member is abusive and disruptive towards other students, staff or members of Gymnastics World, we may excuse you from the facility and in some cases permanently ban you from any activities in the future without a refund.

Gymnastics World may take photos or videos of students participating in classes within our facility and/or events sponsored by Gymnastics World, which may be used on our flyers or website. These photos are to be used solely for the advertisement and promotion of Gymnastics World. By enrolling at Gymnastics World you agree to grant us permission to use your or your child’s photo for display for promotional or non-promotional purposes. By enrolling in our program you give Gymnastics World permission for the copyright and use/reuse of you/your child’s portrait/photographic pictures/audio video footage in publications and/or commercials sponsored by Gymnastics World including our websites and social media.

By enrolling in any Gymnastics World activity you are required to sign our Liability Release Form, Enrollment Form as well as Auto Debit Authorization Form.  You are given the above rules and policies and agree to them if you have signed and submitted the forms.  This web page is only for your reference in addition to what you have agreed to at the time of registration and enrollment.

By enrolling you are accepting Our Membership Agreement, Rules & Policies, and financial obligation as stated here and under my Membership Agreement. You understand our Makeup and Refund policies and agree to them.  You understand that a 30-day written notice for cancellations is required.
You understand that you will NOT be given any credits or make up for any missed classes.
